Abigail Lynam


Abigail is faculty for Pacific Integral’s Generating Transformative Change program and Fielding Graduate University’s PhD program in Human and Organizational Development. She is an adult development coach, practitioner and scholar who delights in opportunities to support the unfolding of human consciousness in individuals, groups, and systems. Abigail’s scholarship and practice aims to integrate the interior dimensions of human knowledge and experience (culture, worldviews, psychology, wisdom traditions, etc.) with personal, interpersonal, social, and ecological change efforts. Towards that end, she works with tools and technologies for transformative change including STAGES, Theory U, shadow work, polarity management, social change innovation technologies, awareness practices, somatic embodiment, and nature connection.
